In these last days in the press are conflicting and contradictory reports were published on the issue "clean", which are affecting the balance of the board of the mountain community in the face of acts and resolutions adopted in accordance with the regulations. Democratic Union has decided to break the silence: so far we have maintained a reserve, not to speculate on this matter, contrary to what has been done by others for complacency with the electorate. Our initiative aims to respect and correct information to the citizen. We come to the recent events.
December 16. The junta of the mountain community, which includes Giannoni, Martignoni, Cerri, Ferrini and Buselli, unanimously adopted Resolution No. 94 exercise of the functions of reclamation consortium, which expressed "prepares the maintenance plan 2010" and "... are confirmed in the budget the revenue will come from taxpayers in order to transfer service."
December 22. Mayor Ferrini, vice president of the mountain community, act in council, membership of the committee "No consortia, to apply for reimbursement of bills paid by the previous administration.

December 27. The deputy mayor rings confirms the membership of the board of the municipality of Castelnuovo Committee "no reclamation" and asks for reimbursement. The stance is shared by Fedi Fidanza, leader of Together for Change.
December 29. The President of the mountain community confirmed their willingness to continue with the activity remediation by the junta and issues relating to the collection folders. The parent responds Fidanza upset about that decision.
Democratic Union, in compliance with applicable laws, intends to remain aligned with that which is provided, on such terms and in substance. Then our group will be willing to open a constructive dialogue aimed at any new regulations. With regard to the position of Vice-President of the mountain community, we express strong dissent and disagree as to this statement: the position is not sustainable "illegal" by a public administrator. Democratic Union, in the past, had identified significant inconsistencies the majority of internal Pomarance between the mayor and the leader Fidanza. In this connection we hope to clarify through public meeting, showing people the way to go, because it is not OK to let the citizens in the hands of such committees would ensure that no resolutions to the problems of rehabilitation.
